In the rush of striving to do more and be more for those around us, we often forget to turn our focus inward. Take a moment to ask yourself, "Who stands alongside me, supporting my growth and wellbeing? ". It could be fairly just yourself and that's okay to say it!
Take a look on the role you play on your own character today and everyday, and reflect on your life for a little. "How would you better every moment of your life just by being the authentic you?"
As we strive for new energies throughout the new season, we are given a precious invitation to shed things we dislike on ourselves, just like the trees that carry memories of seasons past.
Let’s fill ourselves only with what lifts us on our way forward.
Pause to reflect: "Are there any reasons why I should strive to change and why? Am I ready to engage on new experiences that empowers and lift me for the better?"
